Vibreel turns your photos into short videos and edited images. This policy explains what we collect to do that, who processes it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details. Your phone number, or the name and email address Apple or Google share when you sign in with them. We run sign-in ourselves, and there are no passwords.
• Photos you upload and the optional short description you type, so we can make your video or image.
• The videos and images we make for you, so you can open, download and share them again.
• Purchase records. When you buy credits, Apple processes the payment. We receive a transaction ID, the product you bought and your App Store country. We never see your card details.
• Basic app settings: your language and App Store country, used to show templates and prices that fit where you are.
• Waitlist email, if you join the waitlist on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to make the videos and images you ask for, keep track of your credits, show the right templates and languages, prevent abuse, and email you about launch if you joined the waitlist. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your photos to advertise to you.

Who processes your data

• fal.ai runs the AI models that turn your photo into a video or image.
• Google Cloud stores finished videos and images and hosts our servers.
• Twilio sends the one-time sign-in codes by SMS.
• Apple and Google confirm your identity when you choose to sign in with them.
• Apple handles payments and app distribution.
• Vercel hosts this website.

These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, credits and finished videos while your account is open so you can come back to them. Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to make and re-deliver your result. When you delete your account, we delete your account data and your finished videos.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account and its data. Email support@vibreel.com from the address on your account and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Vibreel isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
